We have whitewater rafting trips to suit the needs of any one. You can choose a trip based on the level of difficulty, the ages of the participants (particularly children), physical condition, length of trip and the type of raft (paddle, paddle-assist or oar) you prefer. A key is located at the bottom of every rafting trip page to show the level of difficulty of each river section.

All ages and abilities will enjoy our exciting trips on Bighorn Sheep Canyon. While adventure seekers should consider our more advanced trips on the famous Royal Gorge. Full day trips become more challenging as the day progresses, and are an excellent opportunity to tune up your skills before you "hit the big stuff," particularly if you are considering the challenging Royal Gorge.
The Royal Gorge is the trip for rafters seeking the most whitewater thrills. As the Arkansas River narrows to only 25 feet wide, this adventure packed rafting trip winds its way through the 1100-foot cliffs of the Royal Gorge. Famous for its steep drops, huge waves and continuous Class III to Class V whitewater, the spectacular scenery and rapids of the Royal Gorge will thrill even the most experienced whitewater veteran. Minimum age varies with water levels.
Bighorn Sheep Canyon is home to numerous herds of Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep and is the ideal introduction to whitewater rafting. This action-packed and scenic section is an ideal trip for all ages and abilities. Class II and Class III rapids like Five Points, Spike Buck, Shark's Tooth and many more guarantee an exciting time as you ride the roller coaster waves of the Arkansas River. We also run Multi-day rafting trips on Bighorn Canyon. Minimum requirements for Bighorn Sheep Canyon trips are 5 years old and approximately 50 pounds in weight.
Experience our Family Float Rafting Trip if you have children younger than 5. The Family Float has six miles of gentle and scenic Class I and Class II water and is the perfect trip for children too little to raft the whitewater. We typically have one parent float with the tots while the other parent enjoys one of our whitewater trips with the rest of the group.
Multi-day Rafting trips are for those wishing to get away from it all. These leisurely paced trips camp along the riverbanks in rustic settings where you fall asleep to and wake up to the sounds of the river. All meals are provided and prepared by our guides. We have a limited supply of quality tents and sleeping bags available at no extra charge. Or bring your own equipment if you prefer.
