CLEAR CREEK Colorado 2008 Season
Steep and narrow Clear Creek offers some of Colorado's most exciting whitewater. Only 25 miles west of Denver in Idaho Springs, it is a short and scenic drive from your stay in Denver, or stop in on your way into Colorado's spectacular high country.
Located in an historic mining valley, beautiful Colorado scenery complements your exciting whitewater adventure. You may even see wildlife such as spot muskrat, beaver, deer, bighorn sheep, or even an occasional bear or mountain lion while enjoying your whitewater experience! Choose between our wide varieties of trips that we offer including our beginner, class III, intermediate, class III to IV, or challenge yourself with our expert trip which is class IV to V.
Trip Times
Beginner and Intermediate trip check in times are 8:00, 10:30, 1:00, and 3:30. Departures are 30 minutes after
check in time. Reservations are suggested.
CLEAR CREEK Beginner
A great mountain trip for the whole family. This 1/3 day ride is filled with non-stop action-packed Class III whitewater as you raft through the historic Idaho Springs mining district. Minimum age 6.
Children 14 & Under $32 Adults $37
CLEAR CREEK Intermediate
This is Clear Creek's most popular stretch of river! Brace yourself for a 1/2 day of continuous Class III and Class IV action. This is our choice for thrill-seekers and adventurous first time rafters.
Minimum age 14.
$47 Per Person
This is the most extreme trip we offer! These trips are available by special arrangement only and it is recommended that your group have previous rafting experience. This extremely challenging trip is definitely not for everyone! Minimum age 18.
