Whitewater Rafting and Four Wheeling
Our most popular multisport adventure combines all the excitement of four wheeling and the thrills of whitewater rafting. Start off in the morning with our Red Canyon tour which winds through bright red towering spires and monoliths sculpted by the erosion of the fountain formation, a layer of sedimentary rock made famous by beautiful, well known areas like Red Rocks Amphitheater, Garden of the Gods, and Morrison, Colorado or the more popular scenic Royal Gorge Loop that explores the beautiful overlooks and steep drop offs into the roaring Arkansas River. After your morning Jeep excursion you will return back to Raft Masters headquarters for a delicious picnic style buffet lunch at our very own “Eddy Out Cafe.” After lunch, your Colorado whitewater rafting adventure will begin! You’ll choose an introductory 9-mile trip through the Arkansas River’s Bighorn Sheep Canyon or the more challenging 12-mile run through the Royal Gorge. The Bighorn Sheep Canyon stretch is appropriate for children weighing 50 lbs or more, or roughly age 5. The Royal Gorge section is more adventuresome and can be appropriate for ages 12 and up. Keep in mind that these guidelines fluctuate with the river’s water levels. Please call us for current conditions. We also have float trips appropriate for ages 4 and younger. Please inquire for pricing.
